For his trait, he gets True Vision, letting him land cursing effects more often and SC: Team Stamina Regeneration, which is always wonderful. His cooldowns are fairly low, allowing him to Ally NER, then PER an enemy every turn. Of course, it would be wrong not to talk about his support, where he is even better with Team NER + Precision, Ally Double Damage or even Ally NER + Self Extra Turn. If you don’t have the attackers fitting the right element, you could instead land a Vulnerable to spread variety to all elements. Not just that, but he's got a bit of cursing, in which he has PER, vulnerable, and 3 spammable weaknesses, so Water, Light or Fire attackers can always have a damage boost. Speaking of which, his great relics in Amulet and Staff can allow him to do that even more. Master Rat is a Light support utilizing many ways to boost damage, cleanse and play with stamina.
